You should remove that spam picture that is getting shoved everywhere, even when it doesn't belong in the group

This person pretends it's fanart, then that it's original character, then that it's just some concept art, literally to barge into every possible group and also is on purpose abusing automatic picture accepts. Their explanation - it's the group's problem that they accepted... Literally doesn't care if the content fits or not, just spams.
